Wedding Planning

There are many places you can cut corners on your Wedding,

The Entertainment is not one of them.

· Food,...honestly need not be prime rib

· Cake,....need not be 5 stories high w\waterfall and figurine cherubs

· Location,....indoor\outdoor(the way it is decorated can and will do wonders)

· Invitations..... Need not be hand embroidered

· Photographer,.....really could be a camera on each table to insure you miss nothing.

· Centerpieces.........sculpted ice, bouquet (which is typically given away to your guests)or a single red rose equally as effective

· Hordorves..........,shrimp kabobs or chips, salsa and dip either would be fine

· Bar.............Open bar or cash, (that is if you deside to serve:) so long as your guest do have access to alcoholic beverages they will be happy

Note: The purpose of these variations is not to suggest you compromise the quality of your wedding, the intent is by using the examples above you can see the priority of importance these seemingly paramount details fain in comparison when compared to the Entertainment you select for your Engagement.

IT'S THE WHOLE PACKAGE !!!

It is the opinion of D.J.Pros of Yuma that: the Bride and Groom are"King and Queen of the Ball", Therefore should be afforded the opportunity to simply enjoy the afternoon they have waited their entire lives to have, and watch all their careful planning come together. The Disc Jockey really is center stage and Ringmaster to all events,as he may be called on to be your Master of Ceremonies,Wedding reception co-ordinator and Disc Jockey. Most D.J.s simply lack the experience and exposure to such events to know how to be all those things at once. Not to mention responsible for vital music Ques which if not executed on point, could be disastrous, and embarrassing not only to the D.J. but the Bride and Groom as well who are already under enough pressure as it is. This is not the time or place to have an inexperienced would be D.J. at the controls, with questionable equiptment"practicing", learning how to do it at your Wedding, on your time! Which is not to say that even the most experienced D.J. can't have technical difficultys, However, he will have the experience to quickly and effectively make the adjustment to keep things moving, which is to say not freeze up under pressure.
